Return Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you do need to return anything, please take note of our return policy:

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return goods that are not defective, they must be in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition for resale. You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning unwanted goods. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping costs.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods you received are faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge.

Exchanging Goods

If you would like to exchange any items, please contact us, and we will do our best to facilitate your request. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchanged item.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, you have 7 working days from the date of receipt to do so. Please contact us in writing if you wish to cancel your order. If you would like to amend your order and it has not been dispatched, we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot add any more items, and you will need to place an additional order.

Return Costs

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because its damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalized pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs up to 2nd class postage only). However, if we find that the returned item is not faulty, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and recover our fees and expenses from you.

Refund Process

We process all refunds to the original card used when you made your purchase. If your payment card has changed or expired, no need to worry. We will send a cheque to cover any refund costs. We will process all refunds the same day we receive the goods back, or within 7 business days of receipt of the goods. Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to reflect on your card.
